7+ years of related experience
seeking a highly motivated detail oriented individual who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and who is interested in helping grow the company.

Coordinate and oversee all production and operational activities in the Provost geographic area for approximately 1900 bbls/d of heavy oil production and approx 700 BOE/d of gas production
Monitor and optimize field and well production to maximize recovery and profitability
Familiarity with progressive cavity pumps as the primary means of artificial lift
AFE management and cost control of all sponsored projects
Interact with Exploitation staff to identify and implement production increase opportunities
Support Geology staff with equipping and tie in economics for new drills
Support team with acquisition evaluation
Work closely with field staff supporting their day-to-day operations as well as being involved in formal project work, well reviews, and operating cost analysis
Create programs and oversee completion and workover operations
Support construction inspectors on all pipeline and facility construction activities
Review, develop, and provide input to engineering standards and specifications relating to production accounting
Support joint venture supervisor with third party fee reviews
Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Will be required to travel to field locations
