Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in reservoir engineering and technical economic analysis of reserves is required
- P. Eng designation with APEGGA membership
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with both internal and external multidisciplinary backgrounds
- Ability to conduct, interpret and participate in reservoir data gathering, evaluations, reservoir studies and reservoir surveillance activities is required
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail are required
- Strong supervisory and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of PEEP, ValNav and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate collection of multi department data for independent evaluation of year end and acquired assets
- Maintain databases of both independent and internal reserve assignments of corporate reserves within the corporate property hierarchy
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide feedback and recommendations for anticipated independent engineers year end reserves assignments through the year based on ongoing drilling and production performance
- Understand relative economics and ranking of various corporate reservoir engineering projects
- Present detailed year end report analysis including: reserves volumes, finding and development costs, acquisition costs, historical trending of costs, analysis of acquired reserves versus year end evaluation reserve assignments, opinion of independent assignments and methods to improve process
- Provide quarterly updates of reserve additions and reporting analysis of results internally (to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors) and externally (to the relevant regulatory authorities and corporate and investment bankers)
- Manage reserves reporting staff

- Company’s annual reserves evaluation and analysis process.
